Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date, a 5% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, the full booking fee (100%) is charged.
Please note that we cannot make exceptions to this policy due to flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions. We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or force majeure situations.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your experience for another date.
Children and Supervision
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of children during their visit.
Own Risk and Liability
All guests visit Arctos Lapland Spa at their own risk. Ursus Arctos Lapland Oy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during your visit.
If you have a medical condition or take medication that could be affected by sauna use, hot tubs, or ice dipping (for example heart conditions, pregnancy, asthma, epilepsy, or cardiovascular disease), we strongly advise consulting a medical professional before your visit.
We do our utmost to maintain a safe environment, but Arctic conditions can sometimes make the area icy and slippery. Please move carefully at all times. We cannot take responsibility for injuries resulting from slips, trips, or falls.
Alcohol and Guest Behavior
We do not serve alcohol. However, guests are welcome to bring themselves an alcoholic drink. We provide sturdy (hard-plastic) cups for your use.
Excessive alcohol consumption, drunken behavior, or any form of disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a visit early without refund if a guest’s behavior poses a safety risk or shows disrespect to staff or the property.
