Arctos Lapland is coming to an end

The last few months we have been thinking about the future of Arctos Lapland. More than five years ago, we moved to Rovaniemi and bought a beautiful lakeside home. It had a cosy sauna building, and we saw an opportunity to create something special. We put a lot of time, hard work and love into the place, and started welcoming guests from all over the world to experience a private Arctic spa.

In the beginning, we hosted just a few groups each week. Over the years Arctos kept growing, and last winter we were fully booked throughout the high season. We could never have imagined that when we started. None of it would have been possible without our wonderful guests and the amazing partners who trusted us and supported us along the way.

At the same time, running a business from our home became more challenging. During the winter our house turned into a small office, and after our daughter was born a year ago, we realised it was becoming increasingly difficult to balance family life with welcoming guests into our home every day.

After a lot of thinking, we have decided that this is the right moment to close this chapter. We wanted Arctos Lapland to end while we could still look back with nothing but pride and gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who visited us, recommended us, worked with us, and supported us over the past five years. We have met incredible people from all over the world, and those memories will stay with us forever.
