The experience includes the following:
- Sauna
Our wood-heated sauna is the perfect place to start your Arctos Winter Spa. We offer you sauna scents to add some nice aroma's in the room and a birch whisk to stimulate your blood circulation. - Ice-bath
Cooling-down after each sauna session is a pleasant and essential element of the sauna experience. Those looking for an adrenaline kick could take it to the next level and go for an ice-bath in the frozen lake. The water is just above zero, but we promise, you feel reborn afterwards. - Hot tub
Breathe in the clean, crispy air and enjoy the peaceful view of the frozen Arctic lake. - Lounge room
Relax in between the sauna and hot tub session in the lounge room and make some marshmallows in the fireplace.
Beverages & snacks
- During your stay, we offer a delightful mocktail, along with soft drinks, unlimited water and tea. Additionally, we provide small snacks like marshmallows and cookies, as well as a hot dog (incl. bun & toppings) to grill yourself on one of our fireplaces. Feel free to bring yourself some additional snacks/beverages.
Optional: Transportation
- Our spa is easily accessible by Uber, Taxi, or your private car.
- If you prefer, we can also organise your taxi for an additional fee. For round-trip transportation within a 20 km drive of our spa, we charge a total of €115, which includes pick-up and drop-off for your group. Accommodations in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi City Center, Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, Ounasvaara are for example within the 20km range.
- Important: If you would like us to arrange transportation from a location more than 20 km away, please send us a message and we will provide a price indication, for example (Apukka Resort, Aurora Hill Resort, Arctic Snow Hotel, Skyview Igloos).
- You can fill in the hotel name or address in the final stage of booking.
Cancellation policy
- A 5% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the event, and a 100% fee applies if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your experience for another date.
- By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
